The Website is an English-language platform dedicated to sharing the Torah of HaGaon HaYanuka, shlit"a. It may provide Torah lessons, prayers, melodies, books, Torah sheets, videos, publications, and related educational and spiritual content.

6. Donations, If Available

We may receive the donor's name and contact information, the donation amount and date, a transaction or confirmation number, the donation designation, dedication or acknowledgment information, and limited billing or payment-status information. We do not intend to receive or store complete payment-card numbers on our own servers.

Donation information may be used to process and acknowledge the donation, issue receipts, maintain tax and accounting records, prevent fraud, answer questions, and meet legal requirements. A donor will not be enrolled in promotional communications unless the donor separately requests or consents to receive them.

If donations are offered, they may also be governed by a separate Donation and Refund Policy and by the payment provider's terms and privacy policy. Tax deductibility must not be represented unless the entity's IRS status supports that statement.

7. Email Communications

We may send responses to requests, administrative messages, requested content, transaction confirmations, donation receipts if applicable, and newsletters when a recipient has subscribed or otherwise consented.

You may unsubscribe from promotional email through the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We may retain limited suppression information needed to honor the request and may continue to send nonpromotional messages relating to a request, transaction, or legal obligation.

The Website's Torah subject matter does not necessarily identify a visitor's religious beliefs, practices, or affiliations. We do not intend to infer sensitive personal characteristics from a visitor's use of Torah content for advertising or profiling.

The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13.
